The Friends of Stanley Park and Salisbury Woodland are a group of enthusiastic volunteers who care about two of Blackpool’s favourite green spaces. We have a number of sub groups who get involved in gardening, wildlife conservation and events.
Stanley Park Visitor Centre next to the Car Park and Cafe:
Our work is to unite both public and private enterprises to help promote and protect the park and woodland. If you are a community spirited person who cares about their environment, and are willing to get involved and help with project planning, event organisation or fund raising. Please come and join us.

A look back to 2008:
The Friends of Stanley Park meet the 3rd Saturday of almost every month at 2pm to 4pm in the Visitor Centre, Stanley Park.
The meetings enable the group to share information, provide updates and discuss issues. We also book guest speakers from time to time. Our meetings are open to non-members.
